Refund policy

At Primetime Jerseys, every jersey is custom-made for you. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for size or style preference.

That said, we want every customer to be satisfied, so we will offer a refund or free replacement jersey in the following cases:

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Manufacturing Defects

If your jersey has a manufacturing defect, you can claim a refund or a free replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. This guarantee applies to manufacturing defects only.

2. Damaged, Incorrect or Wrong-Size Items

You are also eligible for a refund or replacement if the item arrives damaged, is not the item you ordered, or the size delivered is not the size you ordered. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

For any claim, email info@primetimejerseys.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

3. Delivery Guarantee

  • Expedited Shipping: If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of purchase, your Expedited shipping fee will be refunded in full.
  • All orders: If your order has not been delivered within 45 days of your purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.

To claim a delivery guarantee refund, email info@primetimejerseys.com with your order number.

4. Refunds

If your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to the payment method you used, or as store credit, within 5–7 business days. If preferred, we can send a replacement jersey at no extra cost.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the error is on our side (wrong item, defect, incorrect size), we will cover all replacement shipping costs.
  • If you refuse/miss delivery or provide an incorrect address, shipping and product costs cannot be refunded.

6. Cancellations and Changes

You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, your jersey is already being made, so we can't change or cancel it.

7. Replacements or Returns

If a replacement or return request is approved, the item must be returned to our return address at the customer's expense unless otherwise stated:
