At Primetime Jerseys, every jersey is custom-made for you. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for size or style preference.
That said, we want every customer to be satisfied, so we will offer a refund or free replacement jersey in the following cases:
1. Damaged or Defective Items
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

The item received is with a manufacturing defect or are incorrect.

The size delivered is not the size you ordered.
To request a resolution, please submit a case at the resolution center within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2. Refunds

If your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method or store credit within 5–7 business days.

If preferred, we can send a replacement jersey at no extra cost.
3. Shipping Costs

If the error is on our side (wrong item, defect, incorrect size), we will cover all replacement shipping costs.

If you refuse/miss delivery or provide an incorrect address, shipping costs/product costs cannot be refunded.
4. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, or if the order has not yet entered production (at our discretion).

As each item is made especially for you, we’re unable to cancel the order once it has gone into production.
5. Replacements or Returns
If a replacement or return request is approved, the item must be returned to our return address at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated:

5. Contact Us
All refund or replacement requests must be submitted through our Resolution Center for review.
Requests submitted via Chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Email, or any other communication channel will not be reviewed or processed.
