At Primetime Jerseys, every jersey is custom-made to order and shipped internationally with care. We partner with trusted suppliers and logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.


1. Order Processing Time

All jerseys are made to order. Once an order is placed, it goes straight into production.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days.

  • After production, your order is handed to our shipping partners for international delivery.


2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • United States & Canada: 15–35 business days after dispatch.

  • Other international destinations: 20–40 business days.

Please note that in rare cases (such as customs inspections or port delays), delivery may take longer. We appreciate your patience in such situations.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.
You can also check the status of your shipment anytime by visiting the tracking page.


4. Customs Duties & Taxes

We cover most customs duties in advance. However, if you are unexpectedly charged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at info@primetimejerseys.com, and we’ll help resolve it.


5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.
Occasionally, we offer free or discounted shipping during promotions.


7. Chargebacks & Delivery

Once an order is marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, we are unable to accept claims for non-receipt. Any chargeback filed after confirmed delivery will be treated as fraudulent use of payment services. We reserve the right to recover funds for delivered orders.
